Google Calendar & Microsoft Outlook
You can sync your recurring one-on-one calendar event to SoapBox either in Slack or on the web and/or you can sync your recurring team meeting event to SoapBox on the web.
The first thing that you will need to do to schedule your meeting with Soapbox is to create the meeting event within your Google or Outlook calendar. Ideally, you will want to set the meeting as recurring as that will allow Soapbox to remain synced to your calendar event once you have finished your meeting.
How to schedule your meeting
Within your meeting event in Soapbox, you will want to select "Unscheduled", this can be located directly above the bolded Agenda. If you see a date there, not to worry, that just means that the meeting has already been synced to a calendar event and if you select it, you will be able to re-sync your calendar to a different event.
Next you will choose if you would like to sync with Google Calendar or Outlook.
Select your calendar of choice followed by your calendar event and lastly, the sync button located on the bottom of the popup.
Important: If you do not see your meeting that has been created in your calendar, please select the refresh button.
What happens if I move or delete one of my recurring events in my calendar?
No worries, your recurring event will still show up!
Note: Once a meeting has been synced to your calendar, currently, you cannot change the type of calendar that it is synced to. Eg. if you have a meeting synced to your Google Calendar, you cannot switch it over to Outlook Calendar.
Setting up a one-off meeting
To set up a one-time meeting, you can schedule your meeting manually and then select "Just once".
