SoapBox now allows you to easily switch roles within a One-on-One!
If you’re the person who created a meeting, you’ll be assigned the role of the manager by default.
The manager of a meeting has the ability to toggle On/Off meeting ratings as well as select what meeting rating question is asked once a meeting is completed.
To view who is currently the manager of a meeting, select the Settings tab within the One-on-One:
The admin with the briefcase icon next to their name is currently the person with the manager role in that meeting.
There are two ways of changing roles within a meeting:
1. If you hover your mouse over the current manager's name, you’ll see the option to “Make Employee”.
2. If you hover your mouse over the current employee's name, you’ll see the option to “Make Manager”.
